Exactly what I needed, not more not less.
✓ Late check-in, spacious, clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, location near center.
✗ The doors seem quite thin, so noise in the hallway can be an issue. Morning buffet is sparse, but so is Italian breakfast—for me it was just fine.

✓ Since I had to catch an early train from Porta Susa the location of this hotel was very convenient. I also could get breakfast at 6:45 in the morning.

✓ Great location, 5-7 minutes to the metro and bus stops in any direction. There is also a minibus route 56 that stops right at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. The room has a safe, TV, wardrobe, condisioner, bedside tables, and a separate bathroom. There is a paid parking lot on the hotel grounds for 10 euros per day. The room is clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast is tasty and ordinary. WI-FI works great.
✗ The hotel is very noisy, you can hear people talking and walking in the corridors of neighboring rooms. There is an alarm in the bathroom, in the form of a cord, and there is no sign that it should not be pulled (people think it's an extractor fan, pull it, and a siren goes off throughout the hotel). This happened twice during our 4-night stay. It was chilly, but they gave us an extra blanket.
